Q. How do you book a trip? How does payment work?
A. A 50% deposit required to book a trip, and we process this via credit card over the phone, Venmo, or Zelle. Deposit is refundable up to 14 days before trip, after that point deposit is non refundable. Q. What is the industry standard tip?
A. We work very hard everyday to keep our clients safe, with rods bent, and smiles on their faces. An industry standard tip of 10-20% is greatly appreciated. |
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change you have up until 2 weeks before the trip to receive deposit back, within two weeks we keep deposit. Occasionally, weather cancels the trips. We can either reschedule or refund your deposit. Q. What do you NOT do or bring on our trips?
A. Being drunk to the point of being a danger will cause termination of trip without refund. Being aggressive to crew will also cause termination of trip without refund. Lastly, no drugs are allowed on board, and this includes Marijuana. |
