Meet Captain/Owner Chris BogsethCaptain Chris was born and raised here and spent most of his upbringing in and on the waters of Southern California, fishing, diving, surfing, and sailing. Today he has over 25 years of fishing experience, holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Fisheries Biology, and has authored multiple publications. This knowledge and deep passion for the ocean are evident on each and every charter. His profound understanding of the local marine ecosystem ensures the best opportunities, responsible fishing practices, and top-notch fish handling/processing. Known for his exceptional customer service, Captain Chris creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere on board, making every trip enjoyable and memorable.

Njord a Parker 2320 has a single 300-hp Yamaha and a 65-gallon bait tank, top of the line fish finder/electronics, and a private bathroom area. This boat has caught tens of thousands of fish out to 80 miles in the last 7 years. We started this business with Njord and am looking forward to seeing more years with her.

Fisker a Parker 2820 with its twin outboard 300 Yamahas and 75-gallon bait tank, top of the line fish finder/electronics, offers expansive deck space, more space inside the cabin, and a much more comfortable ride. This new to the business boat is more capable, comfortable, and faster enabling us to fish out to 100 miles.

Q. How do you book a trip? How does payment work?
A. A 50% deposit required to book a trip, and we process this via credit card over the phone, Venmo, or Zelle. Deposit is refundable up to 14 days before trip, after that point deposit is non refundable. Q. What is the industry standard tip?
A. We work very hard everyday to keep our clients safe, with rods bent, and smiles on their faces. An industry standard tip of 10-20% is greatly appreciated. |
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change you have up until 2 weeks before the trip to receive deposit back, within two weeks we keep deposit. Occasionally, weather cancels the trips. We can either reschedule or refund your deposit. Q. What do you NOT do or bring on our trips?
A. Being drunk to the point of being a danger will cause termination of trip without refund. Being aggressive to crew will also cause termination of trip without refund. Lastly, no drugs are allowed on board, and this includes Marijuana. |
